the thing i hate most during the trip: the very irritating surround-sound-providing flies the thing i love most during the trip: everything else haha. the sights, the experience and of cos the company!
10days trip. landed in darwin and went on to explore kakadu, katherine and litchfield - a loop back to darwin. highlight of the trip is we rented a campervan! hahah with toilet and shower too. so we basically are driving our "home" around. really an experience and i totally love it!! its my dream come true haha.

whistling ducks! haha. cute bunch of birds. they totally stone there. at first we thot they were fake displays. until they started to flap some wings, form a line and march. hahah how cute! me like :)

Buley Rockholes at Litchfield National Park. our fav swimming spot :) really swimming in a hole haha.
sunset 1 at Ubirr in Kakadu National Park. gotta climb a distance up to the lookout though.
sunset 2 at Mindil Beach in Darwin. really really beautiful. made us have the chong dong to move over and stay there. haha.
ooooh we saw lots of optimus prime haha. they are actually called roadtrains over there. really cool. i was too absorbed looking at them drive by, i didnt actually take any photos haha =X
=== generally the ang mohs are quite friendly. we prob say hi to almost every ang moh while we were bushwalking haha. yah.. lots of bushwalking throughout this trip. swimming too. the ang mohs there love swimming and watching sunset. and of cos something that we really like about their lifestyle is they love to nua! haha. can just find a shady spot, put a mat or some portable chairs and tables and just stay there and nua.
while we were there, we were thinking darwin city is boring haha cos its so small with not much shopping except for groceries or souvenirs. but now looking back at the brochures we took back and all the photos we took, we still kinda miss the place lots hahah. and actually there are some places we didnt explore finish yet. so... lumpy.. one day lets go back again bah! :)
